Sigit Prasetya is a Managing Partner of CVC Capital Partners responsible for its investments in South East Asia. He was previously with Henderson Equity Partners as head of SEA and Morgan Stanley as head of its Indonesian investment banking business. Prior to that, he was with Booz Allen and Citibank.

CVC's current SEA portfolio includes PT Matahari Department Stores and PT Link Net (Indonesia), Magnum Corp/ Multi Purpose Berhad (Malaysia), Amtek Engineering (Singapore) and RCBC (Philippines).

Sigit is a member of the Asia Pacific Investment Committee. He holds an MBA from University of New South Wales, Australia.
